Excellent news today, MY DOCTOR IS BACK! He was cleared a week early which means there is no chance the other doctors will be delivering my babies!!! So my blood pressure was a little elevated he said so he is going to keep an eye on it, nothing scary yet though. We talked about a C-Section and he said because it is elective at this point he sees no reason to do it before the week of the 14th of March. He actually said St. Patrick's day but I said no way. I know it sounds silly but I don't want my babies growing up thinking their birthday is a day to celebrate with tons of alcohol. So Daniel and I discussed it and it will more than likely happen on the 15th of March. That is unless something happens on its own before then. Dr. Payne said I was making this twin thing look easy, little does he know that I whine constantly about being uncomfortable, my sleepless nights and my swollen feet, which he said could actually get much more swollen. Not sure how though, I think they may explode at any minute so watch out! He also said he was looking forward to delivering 6.5 to 7lb babies, that is if we go to the 15th. That amazes me, they are getting so big and strong. If they were born today he said they would be in the 5lb range. YEAH!!!!!
On another note, Daniel's mom Lynda sent me a few pictures of Daniel as a newborn and to my amazement I think our little Lexi is going to look just like him. It is crazy! When the babies were 27 weeks we had a 3d sonogram taken. Check out the photos, see if you see what I do...
